We use metabolic testing to check what we can’t see. Specifically, I use the PNOĒ system. It analyzes your breath while you move. This tells us exactly how your heart, lungs, and cells work together. It gives us data that a scale or a mirror simply cannot provide.

The process is straightforward. You wear a mask that measures every breath. It tracks how much oxygen you inhale and how much carbon dioxide you exhale.
This data reveals your VO2 Max. That is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise. When you know your VO₂ Max, you get real insights into your cardiovascular fitness and how much endurance you've got in you.

Most people assume how hard they should train or base it on a friend’s or mentor’s routines. They may use generic formulas to find their heart rate zones. But those formulas aren’t one-size-fits-all.
Metabolic testing gives us your exact training zones. We find out precisely when your body switches from burning fat to burning carbohydrates.
If you want to lose weight, we’ll pinpoint exactly which heart rate burns the most fat.
If you want to get faster, we’ll know exactly where your threshold is.
